These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pyramid. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Pyramid is a personal task manager that surfaces one task at a time based on your goals, priorities, deadlines, and schedules. We may update or change features over time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of the goals, tasks, and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content solely to provide the service.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
