Privacy Policy

Last updated — 7 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pyramid ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Pyramid application. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — your email address and an encrypted (hashed) password.
  • Content you create — your goals, tasks, schedules, and related metadata.
  • Authentication data — tokens used to keep you signed in. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your email and a provider account identifier.
  • Technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the service (authenticating you, storing and planning your tasks), to keep the service secure, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the app), on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing the service, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data — including all goals, tasks, and schedules — is permanently erased.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access and receive a copy of your data (Export my data in Settings), rectify inaccurate data, erase your data (Delete account in Settings), and restrict or object to processing, plus data portability.

6. Cookies

Pyramid uses only the storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in (authentication tokens). You can control non-essential cookies from the Settings page.
